New leaders have ascended onto the positions of power of each major power, and the results are unpredictable. Who will be the eventual hegemon of Europe and thus, the world? Only time will tell. Sorry  Rules are as Diplomacy, except for rules that I mentioned. Ask me if you need to or read the PDF (as Diplom.org was and probably going to be down for a while, you will have to use the archive I provided).
