Press from Washington DC (the GM) The new century has begun, and with it, changes in Europe. New leaders have ascended onto the positions of power of each major power, and the results are unpredictable. Who will be the eventual hegemon of Europe and thus, the world? Only time will tell. Europe map: The military divisions of each power, and their location, are as follows: Britain: Lord Frederick the Great of Goldingsheim F LON F EDI F GIBraltar F EGYpt France: President Napoleon BonaparteF BRE A PAR A MAR A ALGeria Germany: Kaiser SinglemaltA COLogne F KIE A BER A MUN Austria: Archduke Laurent de GouvionA TRI A VIE A BUD Italy: Pope Imperial RomeBallF NAPles A MILan A ROMe Russia: Tsar Der KaiserreichA MOS A WAR F SEV F StP Turkey: Sultan Stonewall JacksonA DAMascus A CON F ANK Conditions to win Europe: 18 centres and having more centres than anyone else. -President Quintus FabiusPlease note: My computer has crashed and is now being fixed, so I don't have access to GIMP or Paint.Net, so I can't edit the map like what Picard and Deso did with their Dips during parts of Dip04. Sorry Rules are as Diplomacy, except for rules that I mentioned. Ask me if you need to or read the PDF (as Diplom.org was and probably going to be down for a while, you will have to use the archive I provided). If I disappear for a while, go resubmit orders to Jean-Luc Picard since he's the next best GM we have. May the best nation win!

I will write The units with names. You will have too look at the board and figure out. Sorry. (That's actually how most games of PBEM games go though)

Copying Der Kaiserreich (please forgive) The Paris Times Spring 1900. The President of France wants the rebellious French Morroco to be a part of France again, for which the Algerians have be dispatched. The President also wishes to annex Spain. (Because why not? )

(Because why not? ) Actually I took the idea from Quintus Fabius when he said "press from Washinton DC". I just searched "russian newspapers" and found out The Moscow Times is a real newspaper. Oops. No offence, Russians.
