For example:

To unlock the North African Campaign, Do we only have to complete the Axis OR Allies Western Front Campaigns or BOTH of them?

Likewise, does unlocking the North African Campaign also unlock the North African Legion Mode?

Well you have to complete either of the campaign of the preceding scenario, like for North Africa you need to do either Western Front Allies or Axis.

And yes, once the campaign is unlocked the respective legion levels are unlocked as well
