Generals and purchases.

Sup guys, well i've been playing the game and as i had some money charged i decided to buy Napoleon in the begining, and quite some weeks later i bought Washington, the thing is i get my puchase not on my mail but the general just doesn't add to my list, nor does any other purchase i do, they just remain there as if they haden't been bought, and if i try again the item just clicks without any change at all.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Please share what you know about this, i already sent mails to easytech and playstore.
