Invade USSR in the winter? I'm pretty sure that he knew tbe conseqyences of the winter, but why did he launch the operation in winter instead of summer?

Well. According to Wikipedia he invaded in June, Which I think is in spring. When his forces stalled at the battle of Moscow, it was October, which some people don't even consider winter. Seems to me that if things had gone quicker, or better, he would have defeated much of the soviets before winter was in full strength. However I don't believe invading was a good idea.
As to the decision, some say that the soviets would have started the war if Germany didn't, but that might be propaganda, I can imagine Stalin happily Stalking Britain and the capitalists while keeping the peace treaty with Germany.
I have a book about KGB archives from the beginning to end. I should read it, see if it says anything.

Hitler was delayed by Yugoslavia and the Balkans. Operation Barbarossa was supposed to be launched in the spring of 1941, not June. Hitler also thought the Russians would crumble before winter, and therefore didn't plan for it.

It wasn't propaganda, Stalin was definitely preparing to breach the Mol-Rib agreement between USSR and Germany. The only problem for him was that Hitler caught him off-guard while the country was in the middle of their own preparation (they were losing control of regions with vital manufacturers of military equipment in the west). Eventually, Russia had finally got enough equipment produced in the other parts of the country to equip their large army before finally pushing westward into Berlin.
If Hilter had waited for Stalin to invade first, the eastern front wouldn't have been stretched out to nearly 4 years worth of brutal warfare. It might have been only 4 months for Russians to march into Berlin.
