Is Shingen Worth Getting? I doubt it, sadly. Attila in the top tier has the same skills, but attila's 3rd is stronger and his 1st is different. I also believe Attila has better stats. Blue generals are usually weaker, if not always, than purple or gold generals. You should save up and buy a purple or gold horse, or get Saladin in Empire mode from that city in the middle east.

I'd say no, and that is true for all blue medal-bought generals and many of the purple ones too. Firstly, everyone has Hannibal and is also likely to get Saladin, the latter being a really good cavalry general. Secondly, while we are getting a lot of medals, we also need a lot of medals for upgrading general stars ( and skills), buying other better generals from the tavern ( especially Caesar, Li Shimin, Attilla and maybe Suleiman) and buying items ( especially those with a golden aura, from legendary sets, and maybe some lucky crowns too.
TL;DR Don't buy him, save your medals.

Darnit ODM, I was going to mention that people already have blue cavalry, but I had business to attend Yeah, for example Hannibal has braveness and That first skill, so the only difference between him and Shingen, is that Shingen has a weak offense skill, while hannibal has the defensive version. Much better to spend so many medals on someone who stands out, rather than someone who is at best superior to Hannibal, and maybe worse.
