whats necessary items to need develop Empire Age to Discovery Age in campian mode.? please help me. Do you mean in Empire mode? Or campaign? Empire needs to reach Discovery first. If campaign, you should have finished all missions. At least, all but the specials. If Empire, I don't remember, but it should tell you what you need at the top of the screen. If you mean Items for generals, you should be able to do it with whatever the game gives you, but Lucky crown is a good item to buy, and the first three ages (and later ones) give good Items to you for completing them in under 60-80 turns. i finished all missions and i have level 24 . i play conquest to level up to 30
I wanted to know, what items I'm looking to develop in level Empire Age to level Discovery Age

Well, I'm currently on Discovery Age. I'm not sure, but I think the two most needed items are the same as I need right now.
You will probably need the Treasure Ivory, and it seems you always need Literature, about 250 for upgrading to Discovery (600 to gunpowder)
A good conquest for these two items is Greece in Medieval. If your generals are strong enough, and have health-restoring items or skills, you can use one or 2 per army and do it faster.
Edit: Beat me to it Best, though I did add the probable amount needed.
Will go check my required Ivory, I think its 60. the Ivory required for discovery should be less.

If I remember it correctly, you also need to be level 35.
