Not asking for myself, since I have not had problems. Dont hurt to know though.
So I hear that asking questions via Email is useless, as they don't respond. Is this always or usually true, or do they respond?
Does anyone have alternative ways to reach them, that do work? I think someone once said on a ET forum, but dunno.

It also helps to write in broken Chinese. They will pay more attention to it than perfectly typed English. I don't know if this also helps... draw some Chinese runes onto a paper with sacred ink, pray to your ancestors, do the rain dance, and start a small fire in your front yard. The gods might help you by bringing your message to Easytech. (The first part is for real, the second part is just a joke, if anyone is wondering)

Guess I'm lucky to have Chinese parents. My parents are angry anglo-phones
