You only get emblems when you complete certain campaigns. I think they were Imperial Eagle, Eastern Overlord and SNS

Will I still get emblems if I finish the campaign with low stars and then replay the missions and get 5 stars?

No. The emblem "requirements" are checked only once, when you first finish the last scenario of the campaign. For emblem, you need not have all scenarios 5-star, but the more stars, the better. I recommend not finishing the last scenario and try to raise the number of stars of previous scenarios (also bonus scenarios) first, then finish the last one. You will get emblem only for Imperial Eagle, Eastern Overlord, and Sun Never Sets, so if you want some tier 3 generals, you will have to buy emblems. |
