My strategy for 3 star.
Put income and range princess on starting buildings. Produce machine guns to send east. Advance generals to capture the buildings just outside your base. A mortar general will come from the north. Reduce him to half health than attack the north west French base.
Kill Petain and put factory princess on the newly captured factory. Produce 3 super mortar which should be enough to destroy the fort in time. Move generals back east and along with machine guns finish off the mortar general. Advance straight for the Russian base, ignoring the buildings since there is not enough time to capture them. Kill Catherine and destroy the last fort to end lvl.
