My strategy for 3 stars.
Put 2 income and factory princess. Build super mortar. During general placement put you best generals in the south.
You generals in the west move to join you units in the south's advance. You units in the south advance cross the sea to land and move towards the Austrian base. Along the way there will be artillery, machine gun, and infantry general in that order. Defeat the 4 generals at the Austrian base. Put 2nd factory princess on newly captured building and produce super mortar from there now.
A enemy super mortar general will come from the sea. Use you own super mortar to damage him. Advance towards German fort and secured the base. Be careful of a machine gun general coming from the west. Advance you generals west to take the factory, there will be a super mortar general on it.
Your super mortars produced from the factory with the help of your ally should be enough to destroy both forts in time
