I used up all my votes, but Naval combat campaign would actually be pretty interesting. Not to mention there is so many neglected possibilities for that.
You know what we really need?
Fort-based campaign.

Seven years war sounds like more than a mini-mod, but it actually fits as one. Don't make "Fredrick" Fredrick the great though. All of hell would await you!
Well, with the new stat and skill editing procedures....
Roman empire would be cool, but the Italian gens are way too weak for it. I imagine Caesar as a artillery general, even though he would obviously be Infantry (legions)
Well, Balabio might fit. The Romans regularly used cavalry, but they weren't masters of it. Balabio does not even count as an expert though...
BTW, if Forts were heavily buffed I could imagine a fort based mission being where the enemy is so powerful conventional forces have little chance to advance.

Persia exists yes...in campaign. It recreates the Russo-Persian war, but uses eastern Turkey and eastern Russia to represent the persians. They DO have their generals though.
So yeah, Persia could be added to map. Geographically accurate persia? Would need to build it yourself. Of course, maybe you mean persia is actually in the game files as a place. Then why did they not use it?
