I was wondering if I should get nobunaga or Suleiman as next general my current good generals are Washington Genghis Khan alexander barbarossa Richard, and li shimin

Suleiman I is not bad but I rather go with Nobunaga.
I heard good stuff about him. He's got two debluff skills and gets ability to do 1.5x damage at 6 star.

He is pretty darn good. I use him as Ashigaru so far, which gives him 1.5% at 4 star. Debluffs are nice, and I only have it at level 3.
I have no washington or anything, but he satisfies the requirements of a purple general, you ask me. Unlike Barbarossa, who I use to fill out my party but I hesitate to call a good general. He isn't bad I guess, though sometimes it feels like it.
Suleiman in comparison does not seem such a big deal. He IS a gold cavalry general, but Alexander is Gold Infantry and he only rivals Nobunaga at best IMO. Still love him, my highest general in terms of circle order. (Well, I gave him paladin set so no wonder)

Will save for nobunaga also I called barbarossa good because I can only use generals empire age and down, rest are not in game for me, I wanted a replacement General for him

Nobunaga. And I think, it will be a clever choice to make some investments in him as soon as possible. In my opinion he has a great set of skills.

Number 1 non-IAP general imo. I was only very late with upgrading his debuff skills as best75 described somewhere else. I should have done that quicker. He and his team is way stronger |
