I'm wondering which is better for scroll farming for me currently
1. Classical Greek - full auto 2. Empire Persia - haven't tried 3. Discovery India - uncomfortable with auto on most attacks early on

I think classical greece would be the best for you. I think the most of the time taken to do conquests are spent on the battles themselves, being able auto battle makes it a lot faster. Sure it gives the least literature but it will be far faster than the others.

Classical Greece for most cases since you can almost fully auto it. Yet, people who enjoy conquests (e.g. me) might want to play Discovery India. It's more fun than auto conquest.

By autoplay do you guys mean autoplay for every battle or ACTUAL autoplay WC3 style? To where the AI does the whole conquest for you?

REAL Autoplay is almost Impossible. The AI is really defensive and we are not at an advantage compared to other countries since they don't right real battles most of the time ( no city and defenses damage, few troops killed etc.) I'd by surprized If the AI can even make it in the time limit of conquest ( 300 or 999, not sure about IT)
