This is nothing against those who chose other countries is just makes no sense for Switzerland or France voting for the leader of an institution that they are not a part of. It's like saying it should be ok for any random person to vote for the leader of a country on the other side of the world (though if this was actually happening the world might be in a better situation than it is in now if you catch my drift....). |

I think I'm going to add a cassus belli requirement for wars How will this work? Will it be that if we want to war someone we have to come up with a reasonable reason? I think that would be a good way to do it rather than some mechanic that turns it into a game rather than a proper RP. Also, when will this start? |
