Originally I had heard from Mountbatten that I should upgrade Li Shimin. But just recently, I heard that Bismarck is available sooner than predicted. This begs the question, do I still want to upgrade Li Shimin to level 3? |

Well I have no idea, but li shimin. Mind as well upgrade him due to the fact that I heard getting bismarck takes a lot of treasures and time. I guess if you want to wait for him you can leave shimin

Plus Shimin is better than him. I'd upgrade him because you will want him to be up to par with the enemies. You don't want to be in the 4th era with a 2nd era general y'know? |

You should upgrade Li shi min
Having 2 artillery generals at endgame is not a bad thing and you already spent medals buying Li shi min.
Not upgrading li shi min would be a big waste of medals.
