Guys? Should we ban Bismarck Jr from changing his profile every day? I love doing it, but as you can see I have remained Patricio for a long time, due to Latin American federations (hosted by Sherman TM) Heck, having Von Ludwig as a permanent Musician might be useful. |

He's pretty tame in comparison to Transfermium and Delkomaster in their heyday. Those guys changes their profiles HOURLY |

I could play you in Diplomacy, if you don't mind kicking the crap out of a noob. Since I'm fairly busy, it would make sense. BTW, I was entirely ready to fight to the death in Dip05, despite having 2 armies and being in a race to my last home SC, yet most of the other players decided to just quit, Switzerland was simply the giant last nail in the coffin. It can be considered more of a training session for you, eh? The thought occurred to me, yes. Do you want to set it up? We could even do the 4 player version, though I'm legally not allowed to betray Bismarck Jr after Dip05 |

History Latin America or a 1v1 dippy game that will have a haphazard pace to it (that is, if the opponent doesn't get fed up with my crapastic schedule). |

It was tough for the new countries in Dip05.
Most of the new countries in Dip05 were taken out quickly. Low land and Balkan lost, while Scandinavia was close to death.
The only one that was safe and could survive if we continued was Spain.

The only one that was safe and could survive if we continued was Spain. I had two choices far as I can tell. Move GoB to Baltics, and go on the offensive. Or use GoB to support FIN into SWE. If I moved GoB to Baltics, I think St.Cyr would take SWE, meaning I would have one turn to take it back. 50/50 at best. Germany+Sweden is tied with England, so my defensive option would be geared to tying up English troops, while Germany retakes the lowlands. Then, his army would hopefully run out of power to attack me. Everything was going good until the great betrayal... Learning! I think I am learning! |

I'd just like to say that I think the rise of these new Alternate History RPs are a good idea. I've always thought that something like them could be fun (though sadly when I tried to make a similar type thing some people ruined it with unfair and unrealistic posts) and I think these are the first true RP's on this board as the TWs were less RPs and more games. I like to do play by post RPs and I'm on a few other sites dedicated to RPing such as one thats set in the Star Trek Universe and you make a character to RP as and I really enjoy doing this so I'm exited to see that on this site people are now interested in RPing as countries which is a concept I find interesting. So thank you to Ivan Kolev for bring these Alternate History RPs to our board because so long as everyone can be reasonable these should be great fun. On another note can we PLEASE stop changing our names all the time? Once in a while is tolerable but I literally have no idea who a rather large number of members are now because they keep changing their names. I am serious about this, I don't understand the need to constantly change because it can cause confustion in people. Changing it sometimes like Jean-Luc Picard is all good but constant changing is really starting to annoy me. Please stop. Rant over. |
