I have already looked at the 3 campaign guides and cannot beat this mission. Contrary to what is written, Massena does move and attack me which is why I cannot excute the campaign guides already posted. My generals are sophia 98/5, Chichagov 98/5, isabela 110/6, and maria 86/5. maria is equipped with a baker rifle, isabela with powder mixture, chichagov with bow chaser, and sophia does not have any items. Help please!

It is somewhat surprising that you’ve landed Sophia, Isabela, and Maria without a cavalry general, let alone progressed to Suppress Revolution, but good for you. I will echo the comments above that your nobility is low on all three princesses and that’s easily solved by running all three through a farming regimen. I can tell by the numbers that you haven’t farmed for nobility alone (ability to recover hp) so I’d recommend doing that first (“Chain the Beast” scenario on these boards).
I didn’t find the other guides particularly helpful for “suppress revolution” either; but I can tell you the method that got me through this one. In your case:
- Maria on double-grenadier
- Sophia on double-light artillery
- I guess you’d put Chichagov on the battleship to help you early on
Your main problem is that you have no one to put on the double-heavy cav.
I didn’t worry about taking the farm next to Ajaccio for supply. Land the useless militia, and then march it east to steal the Austrian farm next to Genoa. That will buy you some breathing room.
Objective one is to take Marseille. If you can’t defeat Junot and Napoleon at Marseille, then don’t bother reading the rest of this. But if you can, then take Marseille and then the boosted farm behind it.
After that, don’t try to take Lyon immediately or head toward Strasbourg. The problem with the map is that invaders are all converging in the middle and southeast, and the French can concentrate there to make a meat-grinder. Let the Austrians/Prussians do their thing until they get killed off.
Leave units to hold Marseille. At some point you’ll have to deal with Suchet on double-guards cav, but on a later turn then if you move toward Lyon immediately. Move a force to the southeast and take the level-2 city there, below Toulouse. Then you can build a double-heavy artillery for Isabel. It is key to get her involved in the game as quickly as possible.
You’re then ready to move north up the west side of the map. Now you’re creating two fronts for the French to have to fight on and there is less French build-up on the west side, especially artillery.
Take Toulouse, then Clermont, Nantes, and east to Paris building up your army as you take-in income from those cities. At some point you'll be able to move north from Marseille to take Lyon – basically in parallel with the progress you’re making west of that city.
Save Strasbourg for last. That area is a French artillery cluster-f led by Carteaux with a double heavy artillery.
