Are princess abilities like Jenny's Regen nationwide, or do they just effect that 1 city?

In campaign, she only affects the particular building she is assigned in. I still cant figure it out how the HP regen princesses work. I do not see any extra regen on units station in that city.

Are you sure the regen princesses don't work in conquest? I'm not sure if they affect normal units, but I'm pretty sure they do help the generals health a little bit. I could be completely wrong, but that's what it seems like to me. To answer wilbur2016's question, I haven't encountered any princess with nationwide response. |

Yes it is indeed harder to figure out what regeneration princesses do actually, both health and city defense. Still takes forever imo I hardly use def regen princess due to constantly being on the offensive in conquest mode.
