So I got discovery age And at Lyon are the only generals for it already unlocked? It was only like 4 or 5 new ones so was curious what other generals might pop in.

That's normal ( I think they are Catherine, Peter, Jhansi and Blucher/Nelson ) . The generals from the tavern unlock from level not from Age; Lincoln's city is unlocked ar level 35-40 , Bismark at 70-75 .

Only Koxinga is unlocked in tier 3, while Catherine, Peter, and Jhansi are all tier 2 |
