So I do have the paladin chest plate and ring, and I know where to get the sword cologne for a ton of medals but good weapon where do you get the 4th item at? and is there other armor/ weapons you can get from campaign missions?

The fourth Item is from a mission in discovery, final great patriot I think. I reached the level but have not completed it.
I believe there is one other Set Item you get from campaign. Then there is the weaker items that pop up from time to time. Several other items are found in conquest or empire mode.
There is a thread that shows where to find set items, and what the buildable shops have. Also princesses. Its near the top of EW5 section, is titled overview data cities: Princess, generals and items.

Thanks for the info, will need to get generals earls to rank 4 before I get any farther and save for that amazing paladin sword.
