Well,at the moment,im rushing through the campaign, but i can see,how my generals have problems to kill an general alone and sophia didnt make much damage anymore,so inwant to train her with an arty general I have Sophia, golitsyn, fatimah and kate and i heard, that if you regroup a princess you cant get her anymore and i also dont want to lose golitsyn, what should i do?

Ask yourself what you're using Fatimah for.
Her best use is when playing as a minor nation, to help you build up your economy and upgrade your cities quickly and put more troops in the field. ALL her useful skills (economic master, architecture) are dedicated towards this. Economic Master can be duplicated or better by any general with the Napoleonic Code item, and if you have that, architecture skill (cheaper upgrade) is less important. In a combat capacity without extra trainers, her strongest capability (four stars) is in fortress, which automatically negates her skill set - fortress ties her down for the entire campaign or conquest, whereas the best application of her economic skills requires her to move around.
Her next strongest capability without additional trainers is in cavalry (two stars), which is less than half of what Golitsyn has, and Golitsyn has both Strike and Surprise, which are cavalry-oriented skills.
You have two artillery generals who are about equal, although Kate is really best as an ADMIRAL, on the water, in a ship and Sophia is best on land, attacking fortresses and cities.
I currently have Carteaux and Sophia for artillery, Dumouriez for cavalry, and Fatimah. I am waiting to get the Napoleonic Code item, and then I am probably going to get rid of Fatimah. My suggestion to you is that you should do the same, unless you REALLY need her for play as a minor nation. IF that is the case then things get complicated, because one of them has to go to make room for a trainer, and in my opinion it has to be either Fatimah or Kate, based on your style of play and the nations you are playing as. If you can't bear to lose any of them, an extra general's slot is 99 cents US.

I would never kick Sophia and Kate, they brought me through much missions, but i think i would kick fatimah, because im not the guy whos looking much at the economy,at the moment im using her as cavalry So its true, that if i would regroup fatimah to golitsyn or something, then i can never get her back if i play an conquest again? so

You have 4 slots.
Fatimah: No room for her. Fatimah-you're fired. Kate: You can keep her for now, but when you get Isabela, she'll have to leave. Sophia: Keep her (possibly to the very end) Golitsyn: You've got a long time with him
