So when I get Richard to rank 4 should I save up and get the paladin sword? Seems to be a unstoppable item, costly so should I get it?

Also when I made a trip to cologne I saw the titan axe really powerful but would be first of titan set so would gain no bonuses

I generally consider getting legendary items only when you have a solid team of generals You team seems solid so I would go for getting the paladin sword. The other items from the set can be won from campaign so its sorta costs 3500 instead of 4500.

I think you should get Paladin Sword.
You can get every other Paladin Item from conquest or campaign, so once you buy the Paladin sword, you get a free 1000 medals.
However, both the Odin and Titan sets have only one unlock-able piece, so you would have to buy the other 3 items.
Also, since the boots are the weakest part, you could wait until San Francisco opens, and buy the Odin weapon piece.
According to the guide, Odin is better set than Titan. So It seems.

Ok, when I get Richard to 4 stars I will start saving for that holy sword, then just paladin boots and I have a full set are any of the purple items besides lucky crown worth getting?

I calculated that to save the 4200 medals it would take roughly 24 days because I can pull in 180 a day through daily missions, so won't take nearly as long as I thought

I agree with best75 that you should spend medals to strengthen your existing generals first because the benefit per medal from doing so is much greater than buying a legendary item. I will give you this for reference, Buying Paladin Sword (+150 atk, 3% crit, 25% crit dmg, +25% xp) Assume your existing weapon is Spike Gun (+70 atk, 20% crit dmg, and +20%xp), the marginal benefits you will get are +80 atk, 3% crit, 5% crit dmg, 5% xp, and another set bonus. Cost: 4200 Upgrading GeneralI use Nobunaga for example. Here're his stat at lv 40/50/60 Lv40 1175/534/133 Lv50 1645/706/196 Lv60 1858/748/217 By upgrading from 4 star to 5 star, you will get 470 HP, 172 atk, and 63 def.By upgrading from 5 star to 5* star, you will get 213 HP, 42 atk, and 21 def.Cost: 1200/1650

We will still have to get purple items from our generals, since there are only 4 legendary sets. ET makes us think that the best the one which cost the most (about 2000-2500, from cities) but for example I am not totally sure that 80 Armor and. 120 health are better than. 20 Armor and 300 health..

From my count the only purple item we buy should be just 1 crown/ring since we can earn 4 or more purple items of the other types form campaign, defense, and achievements.

maybe I'm crazy, but currently using both sword of keel and Paladin sword on my two arty's (Bismarck and Li Shimin)
Which is kinda silly for sure, as I use every other paladin item on Alexander. Have been forever, not sure if I should switch it to Atilla or Nobunaga. (the set that is)
