Yeah, if you have Li-Shimin no need to use real money for Napoleon.
Since you are using Alexander, he can support Li-Shimin's Fort Cracking. With 100% fort damage, his higher attack allows him to do ok.
Just estimated it, by doubling Alexanders, and Quadrupling the artillery generals.
484x4=1936 (Li)
425-1700 (Bismarck, maybe)
414-1656 (Koxinga)
373-1492 (Cleopatra) with 15% attack from Inspiration: 428-1715 (funny, someone claimed Cleopatra with Inspiration was equal to Bismarck in attack. He was almost exactly right)
