I was bored, so I bugged a save. Denmark-Norway is now OP. Should I keep playing? (Note: I am HRE; just restarted vanilla EW4 to pass the time after finishing BJ mod, so no gens)

You should keep playing. Would be interesting to see what the Danish decide to do.
But...Can you make new troops, or is it impossible to resist the Dano-Norwegians?

Summary: Although Norway had a starting advantage, the Danish AI was slow to act amd only used it's forces once the playing field was level -- that is, when all the nations had a chance to build some units, including Sweden (but not the Neutrals, so I took Zürich). Even though it's currently crushing Dobeln-less Sweden right now, I have a monetary advantage, as well as currently advancing on Copenhagen, and I presume Prussia and Russia will soon send troops. Poland was easy to kill without Dombrowski et co. The lack of generals affects even the tavern; however, as the same applies to all my enemies, and I am not an AI, I have a slight advantage. Italian and French forces were annoying st start, but not now. Who knows; I might get Sophia out of this XD

HRE, turn 25. Denmark isn't shown, but is cornered by a combination of Prussian, Russian, HRE and Swedish forces.
