I want to buy one of them Sulkowski or Dumouriez. I refreshes gererals list more than 20 times in tier 2 and few times in tier 1. I wondered whether it would be something to unlock these generals or similar? Or I was just unlucky?

I've recently restarted, and the only actually good gen I found in the last few days of refreshes was Gazan. |

Merveldt I have not heard of. I'm pretty sure Macdonald is worthless. Duckworth and Collingwoodare nav/art, and you don't need them now, Kate is better. Edit: Merveldt and Macdonald are worthless compared to Golytsin, Sulkowski, and probably even Raevsky. Here's what Suvorov has to say about them: 6. MacDonald: Not recommended. Try getting Golytsin. 3 stars in cavalry and only “surprise” as good skill is simply not enough 15. Merveldt: For just 25 more medals you have Golytsin. Get rekt |

Little getting on my nerves, I started the game on Monday, still farm to get that first generals.
Tell me average how much time have to refresh general list to get what I want? I do it more than 30 times, and for the others and not to think of it, this mechanism in game see first time...

Hotze (aka one of the worst generals in EW4) is a frequent comer to the tier 1 tavern in my refreshes. If you're desperate, I was sure that Raevsky (Tier 2 cavalry), Savary (Tier 2 cavalry), and Gazan (Tier 1 artillery) could be used as alternatives. |

You can always consider deleting and redownloading the game. So for others general i will have to left blod on this game? I played 5 days grind aroun 2k medals if this is nothing will reinstall till give good gens. |

Regroup the cav trainer gens into Lan (Savary has no trainer so can be regrouped to anyone) and the artillery gens (Kusaitov/Gazan) to Sophia/Isabella Victoria is OP without any extra trainers if I remember correctly. Don't get Fatimah, (get Arnold, another tier 1, if you need trade until another princess has enough trade stars), Maria (useless), Sakurako (could be used, but there's other gens), as in not placing them in your slots at all, because they'll probably be regrouped as soon as you need a slot cleared up. Kate might be needed in SNS (last part of the game). Trainers will come if you refresh enough, and once you have no need for strong gens with trainer, you can keep buying Agha for cav, Diez for move, or Kusaitov for art (yes, he's one of the cheapest as well) |

Fire of Revolution, killing Moreau and Davout with preset gens gives you 4-6%, 2-3% per general. I suggest making a save where Moreau and Davout are almost dead and killing them in 1 turn. 2. Any easy battle where the enemy has lots of gens. Erich von Manstein said that Battle of 3 emperors works. You'll need to make all the enemy generals almost dead and then saving, kill, repeat. |
