Hey guys looking for advice here. I have Rommel, Guderian, Yamato, and Govorov (Plus Zhukov) and I was wondering what general you guys think i should get next? Specific play style doesn't matter as well.

To be honest? You're done with purchasing generals at this point. You can start your long work on your "no-eyes cmdr". Or buy Patton, but you already have Gunderian and Rommel. The no-eyes cmdrs are customizable.
They will be incredibly powerful when you finish them.
I recommend 2 artillery 1 tank for the 3 no-eyes cmdrs. They will help you a lot with the Aliens.

Infantry is the weakest unit. As inf, at best Vasilevsky is a suicide infantry unit or else he's a guerilla MI/PMI fighter. His skills can boost his arty dmg to 5-stars plus a little more but that's it. Eye-covered can provide the required set of skills, the navy-air-movement-land unit stars you need, although strengthening ECs are expensive. Also remember, the endgame is Aliens. Different units MUST be used in certain ways. The ECs just provide us the methods we need.

Agreed, but we need an infantry gen for missions.

Which is why you get Mannerheim, who is also pretty useful as a surviving nuisance to be put in a Motorized Infantry, running around cities to allow you to place 10 Land Forts around them, giving you a good base in a far off battlefield
