I tried many location wifi and even with vpn. Playing at iPad Air. Any other guy having this issue?

Never had that. If this happen with other apps i normally freshly install it but i dunno if you loose your process then.
1. Restart device 2. Check your internet 3. If this wont work i would email easytech 4. Maybe frsh install (first remeber to save ur special code)
