I wanted to buy Nelson (for the Archer Commander skill, since Pacha is Medieval age and Grey) and was interested in Blucher's stats, but they aren't in Lyon now that I'm in Discovery Age (lvl 43, at that).
What age and where are they?

On another note, should I upgrade Li Shimin or go for Koxinga? Li is in the 3rd age for me already, so keeping Fire Dragon is no longer doable

1. They both are Gunpowder age generals.

2. Li Shimin is a lot better (he will recive back fire dragon ability at lvl 6). You can also hire free Bismarck (when you reach lvl 70). So there is no need for another art general.
