Italy has to chosen to resubmit its rule under Desophaeus, with my permission of course... long live Italy! but don't take Tripoli or you dead! Ah but Tripoli is rebelling against your rule. Eventually they slipped out of your control. In 1900 Diplomacy, the Ottomans didn't have anything in North Africa for that reason. I'm not sure when Tripoli became independent. (More of non-Ottoman before falling under the control of an European anyway)

@coolguy14 and I was able to get to an agreement, so if anyone is concerned, I'm letting you know, I don't think there will be a problem in the near future ("nobody can promise you tomorrow" - whatever that song is, lol)

(More of non-Ottoman before falling under the control of an European anyway) read about the 1911-12 Italo-Turkish War. A handful of these Muslims (Turks and Arabs) were facing hundreds of thousands of your Italians. The Italians were never really able to get into the interior of the country. They were always clinging to the costal areas (that were regularly raided by Muslim units).

I also came to an agreement with @coolguy14 so I will be staying. I'm glad to see Desophaeus is back.

Ottoman Empire 1900 January - October; the country is reorganized into Vilayets. List of all Vilayets (a Vilayet is basically a province, so before you attack me, be sure to know where to attack because this country is still BIG, which is why it needs to be divided into bits) 1) Vilayet of Albania (includes modern Albania and that strip of land that divides Montenegro with Serbia 2) Vilayet of Thrace (includes all of Thrace) 3) Federal Capital Territory of Istanbul/Constantinople (whatever you want to call it) 4) Eastern Anatolia (basically of the land east of Ankara). 5) Central Anatolia ( everything between Eastern Anatolia and Kurdistan) 6) Vilayet of Kurdistan (includes all of modern Turkish Kurdistan) 7) Vilayet of Iraq (includes all of Mesopotamia) 8) Vilayet of The Perisan Gulf (all of the coast bordering the Perisan Gulf) 9) Vilayet of Syria (includes modern Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine/Israel) 10) Vilayet of Hejaz (includes all of the Hedjaz strip till Makkah) 11) Vilayet of Yemen (everything south of Makkah) 12) Vilayet of the Mediterranean (all of the islands (minus disputed Crete)) 13) Vilayet of Tripolitania. November; the army stands at roughly 48000 men. Seeing that these aren't enough. The Sultan orders 12000 more to be recruited. Bringing the total to 60000. December; transport ships are built (keep in mind, the Ottomans had a navy that was somewhat moderne) to transport 10000 soldiers to Libya. There are 25000 men in Anatolia, 5000 in Syria, 5000 in Iraq and 15000 in Hejaz. As well as 10000 in Libya. I updated this and added some units.

So far I only see Napoleon Bonaparte's turn, did I miss one? I'm not trying to pressure people into doing turns, I just want to make sure I get everyone checked off on my chart before next turn.

Easier for you if it was to mandate that people post their turns consistently with their country name and year of phase. Then you as the GM can use the search function like "Italy 1900" or either one of the words separately. I didn't enforce that in the past strictly but I did remind people to try their best to be consistent.

Ex: [My favorite Country] 19something: We declare war on everyone! Hahahaha! We will win! Turns and battles are now happening. GM ~ @coolguy14

I am waiting for other players to do their turns so I get examples of turns before doing mine. I can draft an example turn for you. And because I'm GM that would make sense for me to do anyways. Like this post if yes...
