I just upgraded to Gunpowder age the other day, and I suddenly have found out that's it's extremely expensive to upgrade generals to 5 stars. What order should I upgrade them in?

Generals:
Caesar (5 Stars)
Bismarck (5)
Alexander (4)
Saladin (4)
Catherine (4)
Barbarossa (4)
Robin Hood (4)
Cleopatra (4)

And I have Nobunaga at 4 but I know to upgrade him last
