So I recently finished an US 1812 conquest, but it was quite frustrating. I had basically beaten it in 29 turns, but then I realized I had missed a single industry building and it took me a couple of turns just to take an empty industry. What made it worse was that I had done a good bunch of the conquest in a single run and saved at the wrong time. I know it's too late now to fix it, but if anyone wants to share their frustrating moment here, go ahead.

Some random ship in the middle of nowhere in any American conquest and also battle of Trafalgar. Not to mention Spain's invasion of North Africa.

Rushing for Isabella as France 1798. I'm through Russia at turn 40. I'm confused as to why I haven't won yet. Cue random British ship at the very edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Finished on turn 48. Ugh.

Wait a second...I had 3 generals...Dobeln went North, isabela went south...and....OH! I forgot that I sent Sulkowski East! He may have saved me several turns! Great!

I'm a noob at EW4, even though I made it to American Campaign.
I do know one thing though. The BOATS will always get stuck at the bottom of the map! And not your allies ships, oh no, just the enemies.

In America 1775, Verhuell will always move eastwards to hide, so frustrating that I always spam some ships just to go after him at so far distance.

Losing grip on one front of the battle is my continuing frustration. It helps me sympathise with real-life generals who make careless blunders under pressure when actual men are dying at the other end of the command chain and the strategic or tactical picture is nowhere near as clear as the one we enjoy.

AI Doesn't do that one thing you see they can do and end up adding an extra 8 turns
