I need advice

I quiet enjoying European War 5, as I had enjoyed the previous ones.

I’m a bit stuck.

I have 17 princesses, and a great general line-up, but can't complete any attack missions anymore, because I am level 82, but just in discovery age.

I don't have the Paladin Sword, just the Armor and the Ring (They are on Washington, he is the best).

I don't get anywhere in the campaign, and I am stuck at Great Patriot 3.



My Top 8 Generals are:



Washington ( 4 stars, Sniper Master level 2, Logistics MAX, Defense Master level 1)

Genghis Khan (4 stars, Assault Master level 1, Braveness level 8, Marshal level1)

Napoleon (4 stars, Explosive Master level 3, Rumor level 2, Attack Master level 1)

Alexander (4 stars, Formation Master level 1, Spy level 3, Attack Master level 1)

Nobunaga (4 stars, Sniper Master level 1, Leadership level 6, Spy level 6)

Bismarck (5 stars, Explosive Master level 1, Rumor level 2, General level 1)

Barbarossa (4 stars, Infantry Commander level 1, Leadership level 1, Marshal level 1)

Saladin (4 stars, Assault Master level 1, Logistics level 1, Attack Expert level 1)



I only have ~280 literature, so it will last a while to upgrade to Gunpowder age.



What my Plan is:



Upgrade Nobunaga's Leadership and Spy to MAX.

Upgrade Genghis Khan's Braveness to MAX.

Upgrade Napoleon's and Bismarck's Rumor to level 6.

Save up medals for Gunpowder age.



I will then buy Nelson, and use him instead of Saladin in my Top 8.

And then I am upgrading all Generals except Alexander and Barbarossa (and Saladin, and Bismarck obviously) to 5 stars.

Then I will buy Caesar and upgrade him to 5 stars, and upgrade his healing and Braveness ability to MAX.



I will get Li Shimin, Richard, Suleiman and Blucher in the future then.

So my future Top 8 will be Washington, Napoleon, Genghis Khan, Caesar, Suleiman, Li Shimin, Nobunaga and Richard.

I would constantly upgrade after that: Alexander, Bismarck, Nelson and Blucher to have 3 usable generals from each type.



My question is, what would you change?

Is this a good plan for this game?

What are your experiences?
