Does anyone use him? It seems to be an interesting combination together with Bismarck.

You normally don't need Artillery commander anyway because generally people won't use more than 1 Artillery per battle group.
I'll be getting him anyway cuz he's my fav.

For example, I only recently played with 2 art generals (Seven years of war- Battle of Nagasaki). Without both of them it is very difficult to destroy all 3 targets. |

I personally think he's not worth gameplay-wise. Commander is a rage skill and will take time to charge up, and by that time there's a good chance that you won't need it anymore.
Up to you anyway, Once I get him I'll try him out.
