Playing USA, I just won after 87 turns. Shameful, I know, but on Turn 37 Japan fell, and all of Africa and Iberia was mine. Then paraspam. 20 units per turn for the next three turns, and a never-ending supply after that. So I blame my overly cautious approach to Spain... but I digress.
The thing is, after 87 turns I still unlocked Cuzco, the +2 medal wonder. I thought it was required to do it under 65 turns. I know you don't unlock The Pyramids by winning in 87 turns with Japan, because... well, never mind how I know that...
So, how many turns is it supposed to take to unlock Cuzco or The Pyramids?

No idea. All we know is you'll get all 4 within 65 on both sides.

I did Japan in 69 turns and did not unlock The Pyramids. I did USA in 87 turns and did unlock The City of Cuzco. I'm thinking that my game is glitched, that there may be a bug allowing Cuzco to unlock when it shouldn't, or the data is incomplete on the Wonders page. If others can unlock Cuzco in over 65 turns it's not an issue on my machine. Then we need to either update the Wonders page or make a bug report but, being a noob, I don't know which.

Make a bug report in my view

I played as some random allies (forgot which) but I wasn't able to unlock it with # being over 65, but as I played USSR a long time ago, I managed to go under 65 turns for 1st time as allies, I remember unlocking Cuzco. I do remember that I did unlock some other wonder without achieved under 65 first, but it definitely wasn't Cuzco in my experience. That is so odd... you might have a bug on your phone.

USSR 1939 may seems to be harder at first, but it's actually the fastest for the allies because of close proximity to everything around you and it's easier to turn around the German invasion and counterinvade them (but harder to defend at first in the beginning, tho). I would recommend USSR 1939 over UK 1939, but both are capable of speedy conquests. As for Japan 1939, definitely the easiest.
