Anyone notice that the symbol indicating a capital city differs between countries/empires? I see it changes depends on the number of cities one have. Maybe it can help you decide whether a country will surrender to you right away or move their capital.

I think the one with no decorations will surrender instantly, like London here Rome has a decorated crown, so it will probably move the capital a few times before te surrender. .org/image/p2bq5bljb/] [/url]

I came up with a theory that the number Major Cities/Capital Cities, such as Osaka, London, Washington, etc. , an empire has affectes the chances of it moving its capital. The number of Secondary Capital Cities/Fortress Cities, such as Yangoon, Munich, Tehran, Etc., will also affect the chances of the capital being moved.

The more cities an empire holds the more decorated the crown big empire can surrender quickly too but less likely

The more cities an empire holds the more decorated the crown big empire can surrender quickly too but less likely True though, in my first compketion of Classic Age Conquest, China had Mogolia, Central Asia and Japan, it took me 5 Capital raids before China finally surrenders. I believe China might be the most annoying country to take down.

Basically, take them out quickly, or risk spending 15-20 turns just chasing capitol after capitol...Fun.
