I have completed the entire WTO campaign but I am still stuck in this one. Any advice is welcome.

My closest call was when I had the port and all the cities but the one in Syria, which was empty but I had only 143$!!! and I couldnt paratroop. The Soviets took the other cites back in the next round.

I cleared this with 3 stars with 3 ECs, 2 around 1700 medals worth and third around 800 and lv2 art, tank, inf and nukes, lv5 aircraft. Just send get in supertank to fight Bagramayan with support of ships, all other forces go to Cairo and don't forget to build as many nukes as possible. After you have captured Cairo and Arabian city (which Bagramayan will capture quickly and than you take it from soviets) just wait until you have enough nukes and money to capture other cities in 1 turn and do it.

Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb... What Max Otto von Stierlitz said is correct. The reason...? the AI likes to nukes whatever has the most HP (or the 2nd most HP, or 3rd... randomly). MOST of the time, it's a target with a very high HP but every now and then, the AI does something dumb like nuking a Motorized Infantry in Siberia during a conquest. So imagine your general's HP combined with the city's HP, how would that be so tempting to the AI? Very tempting, so... don't put your generals in cities, if the AI has nuclear-capability, period.

You are right. I noticed that when my gens where around a city they didnt even get bombed and the AI ignored the cities when they had just some light infantry on them. They didnt nuke anything else though. |
