Never played gog2....what was wrong with it lol? Also love EW5 and WC3 I love how sharp and amazing wc3 looks would be cool for me anyway if they used EW5 General system with wc3 graphics for WC4! And pls add daily quests as the reason wc3 fell short for me was no easy way to get medals(wonders are too slow). GoG2 had no historical element, no conquest, and was built around a multiplayer arena stuffed with hackers. |

Also hope that in wc4 they bring missiles back as those were fun to use. And Maybe some more futuristic campaigns? I don't mind aliens I beat them in conquest wc3. But for me best thing would be ww1-cold war scenarios as ww1 isn't huge in easy tech games(i know ew3 but that's old and I want a fresh one) and don't get me stArted on ew5 ww1......

In all truthfulness, I applaud the attempt at innovating for a new style of a conquest in EW5 with or without cartoony graphics. However, I take offense at the repetitive battle to take each location, varying very little but essentially taking over the same city ad infinitum. I left the ship pretty early (2 weeks).
In many ways, I don't mind the many new things in EW5 but the semi-conquest thing is too much for me.

I liked EW4 conquest more. I don't really like EW5 conquest I do it for rewards.

For GoG2 and EW5, we can simply delete the games and they're erased out of existence far as our phones are concerned.  Delete GOG2 sure, but many people like EW5. Was GOG2 section so busy when it first came out? Because EW5 is in the top 2 busiest sections right now. As for me, I don't plan on deleting months of progress. There is no guarantee WC4 will be better, and unfortunately it could get worse. I feel like EW5 was an lucky thing for Easy-tech, since 3KC to some extent and certainly GOG2 were failures. Hopefully WC4 will be even more improved. Earlier you mentioned the death of Atari. Atari had a string of failures before finally dying. Easy-tech could have been the same. I remember people saying if EW5 failed we would have to close the forum or something. That was hyperbole of course. At at least Easy-Tech can't produce too many copies and then get killed by demand  Well 3KC would be a huge success if it wasn't server based, I liked some of that thinking and to be honest I liked it more than gog2&ew5 put together, I certainly hope we get something good now, it may be reboot for one of wcs or new story about history, but please get old conquest system back, even Legion mode would be nice to have, not to mention that I would rather see bad map and bad history, than something like ew5/gog2 |

I believe WW1 was the subject of EW2, and the Napoleonic age was the subject of EW4, so the industrial revolution is somewhere in-between those two and was covered in EW5 (but then... they cover everything ELSE too in a paper-thin veneer). WC2 and WC3 both were about the WW2 and a portion of the Cold War. |
