NetherFreek will stap by when more info is ready i am sure.. The chance they will loose there new engines and go back to the old stuff ew4/wc3 seems not logical taken in account the efforts of ew5 in getting a better follow up of gog2:ace. I liked EW5 very much and I like the way you can evolve and develope different teams. The literature grinding complaints seems a bit odd for me taken in accoutn the way you had to grind medals in wc3... that took ages for real.. So lets hope wc4 has more real history (with there well known mistakes) and better conquest modus.. Sincerely

The only thing ive heard is that theres a post on baidu stating wc4 is comming soon, but whenever i ask for a link its suddenly 'unfindable', i mean, im not saying wc4 won't be comming, in fact its a logic step considering the fact that wc3 will turn 2 years tomorrow, but as long as i don't see that mysterious link, ill assume its their next game, instead of stating it

Another thing to be noted is the era of the series the game plays in, if it is going to be wc4, will Most likely be ww2+cold war just like wc3, wc2 and wc1945, as the era in all wc games has been the same in the past.

Also, if wc4 will be their next game, tomorrow is going to be pretty intresting, tomorrow wc3 will turn 2 years old so it could be the perfect time to announce its successor, don't know if they think about these things though...

Another thing to be noted is the era of the series the game plays in, if it is going to be wc4, will Most likely be ww2+cold war just like wc3, wc2 and wc1945, as the era in all wc games has been the same in the past. I think the aliens will also be in the possible new WC4 game |

Anyway, easytech is a tad late with bringing information about their new project.
The last time easytech started with those relevations exactly 6 months after the release of gog2, atm ew5 has been released a little over 7 months ago...
But they've only did those relevations once, so who knows if they were planning to do that again...
As for the trailers,
The time between the release of gog2 and the trailer of ew5 was 8 months and 2 days, meaning by that logic there should be roughly a month left for the trailer to release...
Comparing it with other titles gives us the following overview:
Wc3 --> gog2 : 8 months and 6 days | 1 month left
3kc --> wc3 : 3 months and 19 days
Ew4 --> 3kc : 9 months and 14 days | 2 months left
Note that these numbers aren't really representative, but i for me, expect to hear something about their new game by the end of this month

it'll be a long wait...
if the time between gog2 and ew5 were equal, the trailer would've come 2 days ago.
the longest wait however, was between ew4 and 3kc.
it lastet 9 months and 9 days.
they still got plenty of time to maintain that record as they got 1 month and 17 days left...
however with the current fact that we got no information yet (no intropic of their new game showing comming soon, no relevations, no trailer etc...), it wouldn't suprise me if we need to wait any longer than that.

Russians says that wc4 is confirmed as next game, I can't find actual info on this matter anywhere, but still. I cry every time. I just finished my CSA mod for WC3. Now i have to do it for wc4! |

I just hope that WC4 is easier to mod and also that it contains less geographical mistakes like Netherlands right next to Denmark (Germany should be inbetween them) in WC3... gg easytech, I'm not gonna name more mistakes because it'll take a year to do it.
