So many helloings guys, just wanted to say I have 210,000 gold and 910 literature! I will be upgrading to industrial VERY soon, so then it comes to General upgrade order.... my generals are Washington, Genghis Khan, Napoleon, Richard, Li Shimin Nobunaga, Saladin, and Catherine. Which General should I upgrade first? I do know generals like nobunaga and Richard get mass fire which is great

Probably (I'm actually an age behind you, so take this with a grain of salt)
1. Nobunaga 2. Napoleon OR Li (leave it to the experts) 3/4. Saladin and Richard (experts can say the order) 5. Washington

I'm only gunpowder but I'd say 1 of each. Either the most powerful or the cheapest.

I was not planning on upgrading Washington. He loses strafe for 70% more damage to archers not worth it imo

Was thinking either Nobunaga or Richard as they both get mass fire.

That's what I'd do. I'd upgrade Richard, nobuganda then ghengas or napoleon cause of no retaliation or li shimin for the fire dragon. I think napoleon can hold his own at lvl 5. Fire dragon is beast.

So 70% damage increase to archers goes into volley?

So 70% damage increase to archers goes into volley? Yes. The reason you are confused about him losing volley, is because that was true until they updated it. Good thing. Napoleon had 100% no retaliation plus siege, only fair to do it for Washington (combine the basic skills so no lose) I like Washington old way or update. Him having bonuses against all human like units (cavalry, infantry, archers) is exactly what a gatling gun is supposed to do. Since his only great skill is logistics, I think his power is very dependant on god-tier abilities and gold stats.

I do remember seeing Washington with no strafe at lv6 once...maybe a older version.

Well then I hope I never run into a max Washington...seems he could shred through anything...if I did how would one take him out? Not archers as they would get mauled...artillery?
