You'll need 4 generals. All must be conquest-worthy. All of mine are in Discovery Age.
1. One general will go through northern Japan and north America, into Spain. Since he must fight Washington, this should be your most powerful guy, and not cavalry. I used Washington.
2. One general will go to Guam, then take out South America, then cross North Africa towards the Ottoman Empire. This guy needn't be too strong, but the abundance of Tercios means he should not be Cavalry. I used Li Shimin.
3. One general will go along the north side of Russia, down to Berlin, then invade France and England. This guy needs to be able to handle Peter, Blucher, Napoleon, and possibly Nelson. I used Nobunaga
4. One general will go through southern Russia, then Austria, then Greece, and finally the Ottomans. This guy can be cavalry. I used Saladin.
