Hey there! Anyone interested to make some "challenges" in fast conquests with one star countrys on 1960 conquest?? I just played with Hungary and made it within 43 turns, anyone faster? :-)  |

Ohh hungary and in only 43 turns! Another country I havent tried yet.I dont think I will be able to get to it this weekend (too busy) so that will be my official excuse to not accept the challenge just yet  Btw for good form and as a courtesy to fellow gamers all challenger should state their Ion cannon level (if they are using it) and that their game is not hacked. |

I think you should also add a "limit use Ion cannon" to the rule. Consistently use of a high level Ion cannon can be OP. My fastest 1960 conquest is Saudi Arabia 37 turns. Anyway, I normally prefer a slow gameplay. Rushing can be too stressful for me.  |

You´re right guys - so my Ion Cannon is lvl 5, I used it 3-4 times...so thats not a big difference wheather i use it or not (in my case)^^ My generals have been Govorov, Vatutin, Badoglio and Guderian. In the last three rounds i used Patton and Nagano too, but just cause i´ve forgot to use them in the early game How should the limit of the cannon be set? A lvl 20 cannon once used could make a higher difference than a lvl 5 cannon used 10 times^^ So let´s play without the ion?? |

maybe that you will gain a additional turn for every lvl your ion-cannon is?
like if you got lvl 5 ion you got your turns +5 so you got 48 turns
and if you got lvl 20 ion you got your turns +20 so if you have it in 30 turns you got 50 turns
get the idea?

Low level Ion cannon fast conquests are really popular because thats what most people have and so they feel the challenge can actually apply to them.
Your 43 turns conquest is really good,if you fancy it maybe eventually make a guide on it,I am sure others would love to see it.
