As a person who just hit industrial , I find that experience is not that hard to get. WAY easier than grinding experience in EW4. forhonor, if you don't already know, it does not give you any experience, conquest. Sad. |

Well, if you've read my games advancement, or whatever, thread, then you know my opinion on this. The game evolves much faster than your gens sometimes. Hence, gaining exp can sometimes be your enemy. |

Yeah sorry guys, meant way more Xp for progression into new age. Just did two conquests in medival and acquired medals and literally have less than like .5 Xp left. And no missions or anything left. One more conquest to do (yay)

Me myself do not like conquest as much rather repetitive but if you need more xp just go play a classical? Playing classical for monies and lit for industrial.

I don't get it. I thought Conquest doesn't give you any experience? Thats should be why he reports none.
What you need to do is find a good farming spot in the latest campaign age, then start killing normal units. When you got extra experience items its really easy to get enough.
Daily missions also contribute to general upgrade. Even if your general is wrong type, if only mission left use him.

I mean like age progression. Conquest gives XP for age progression. Like discovery to gunpowder. I'm like lvl 44.95

Should I upgrade ghengas or Attila to lvl 5. I'll be spending the last of my medals so it'll be lasting.

Ghengas I guess. They both get no new skill right? (I know Atilla doesn't)
Genghis should be stronger as IAP cavalry, though Atilla is medal version of him with better 1st skill (when upgraded) and maybe better 3rd skill (loads of medals needed)
I see, Age progression. Honestly it would be better saving up Literature IMO, though I assume you already have enough?
Seems to me levels come sooner rather than later, but I'm in Industrial now so what do I know.
EDIT: pretty sure Genghis gets a better ability at level 6, though you should be using both of them.

Attila loses his +80% damage to infantry at lvl 5 but gets it back at lvl 6.

Attila loses his +80% damage to infantry at lvl 5 but gets it back at lvl 6. And Genghis gets +100% damage to infantry. 20% more. So silly to me. So many nomad cavalry generals get stomp, but Atilla gets his 80%. He is a solid general, almost like they realized that and left him with his special ability instead of the stronger version. Genghis will pull ahead though, so upgrade him if you want instant value. |
