So I could either spend my medals on maxing generals or get li hongzang, as I want good archer power..which one should I do? I have 1100 medals atm

Catherine, would help out much more than she does . It depends on who are the generals You haven't maxed yet. It could happen that to max some of them will help You to continue progress while Li will require more time (higher investments) to be able to help in progessing. Anyway, regardless of what I said earlier I would probably take Li  |

I bought Li hongzang and got his arch commander to lv4 it got Washington to 1000 attack! That's alot for me
