Already, I plan to have

Washington
Nobunaga
Nelson
Genghis Khan
Saladin (will be replaced by Blucher at the very end)
Li Shimin
Bismarck

I'm not sure about the 8th slot.
I can see reason for using Barbarossa, as an infantry. Alternatively, I am considering Li Hongzhang, as an ArchCom with debuffing skill. Finally, I am pondering Montezuma, as a healer.
Who should I get?

Not entirely sure but Montezuma has abilities that can be replaced, as one he has to heal walls others have that, so if you want him otherwise skip barbarossa is alright has good inf commander but if you want to make Washington and nobunaga shine more get li. I might end up picking him up soon, might get Richard maxed for mass fire first

Wait do you have a inf commander? If not barbarossa is no good as his 1st skill won't help anyone and his other skill that lowers attack is covered by nobunaga

Well I see being most beneficial would be li hongzang as his skill can help other archers, barbarossa has inf commander but that only helps him and alexander has no skills to help anyone but himself and li hongzang is cheaper to use
