a goal from latvia is "raise development from your country". but how do you raise your development? Do research. It usually costs a lot to do research so it's better to get more units so you will be able to take and hold more provinces. how do you do research? |

It means to Dovre falls. Dovrefjell is a mountain in norway. The last thing means we will never surrender to the German or Sovjet power. |

 The soviets have a large amount of troops so I can't go on offensive yet  France has surrendered so my troops now invade GB and since alliances are disabled I also send troops to Spain and Italy  I captured the British isles. |
