I have a snowball and cookie gift. It says on my snowball to see what happens. Can someone let me in on the secret? What happens?

Cookies are giftable so someone give it to you and you can give it to someone else if you want.If you do the cookie will disapear from your avatar and appear on the other member avatar.
The snowball are different,I dont know if these can also be re-gifted like cookies but I know they can be "activated".They can be "thrown" at someone and the other member will have a mark on their avatar for like a splash week.That action though will also remove the snowball from your avatar so most members just rather keep them than throw them.
