Holy mother this conquest was a pain in the arse (at least alien is easier without them nuking and takes patients, this one takes some luck, and prepare to get nuked and rocketted).
A good thing though is that since you are near to the US, once you conquered the US you would be so far from Europe that they won't bother sending missiles up your face.
My build is level 24 Ion Cannon, although you would probably need far less powerful Ion to win. I used Manstein, Vasilevsky, Konev, EC Tank, EC Artillery and an EC with crap skill just to run around Africa. It's mostly your preference, although I recommend at least one tank, one artillery and optionally someone with high mobility for running Africa.
You start off with a totally generous field artillery, heavy tank and that's about pretty much it. The Spanish, Portuguese , Brazilian, Mexican and some American from Africa are about to send a massive landing force and fleets to say hello. You need to migrate to America before they grind your home island off.
The American will be nice at the start and won't rocket you just yet. I first airstriked, attacked and landed my force on Houston. Then I paradropped a PMI then assigned Vasilevsky with it. I had Manstein on my heavy tank and my EC Artillery on field artillery. Rush your way to Washington DC. As soon as you arrived, a super tank with a rather meh general will spawn and greet you. Blast him off and capture Washington DC with Ion cannon and your force as soon as possible. From Washington DC you will have access to nuke, build them and blow New York, Ottawa and Ontario to smithereens. By this time Havana should be under fire by the Europeans and South Americans, you can choose to defend it or leave it. I got Konev with artillery to defend it to distract the enemy from landing on America, and Havana would make attack on Mexico city a bit easier later on.
After you finish with the East Coast, sweep your way across Denver to the West. Use Ion on San Franciscos to quickly capture it and get access to second nuke facility, level 3 airstrike and missile silo. Use nuke + airstrike + paradrop combo and work your way with Los Angeles, up to Vancouver, Edmondton and Alaska, where you will get another missile silo and 2nd level airport.
The next important stage of the conquest is Japan. Sapporo is not directly accessible with paradrop, but you can nuke it and indirectly move your paradrop infantry to the city. By this time the Soviet Union has nearly finished with Tokyo. You either have to capture Tokyo very fast or steal it from the Soviet when its still at 0 HP and there's no troop in the city. Fail to do this and there is no hope of finishing this conquest below 65 turns with Midway and Hawaii being lightyears away from San Franciscos and from each other. Once you have Tokyo, nuke and work your way down Midway and Hawaii. If you're lucky and Taipei is still at 0 HP after the American bombs it from Manilla, capturing Taipei will gives you significant advantage at Indochina and Philippines. Manilla in Philippines also has excellent facilities like airport. (However, I wasn't so lucky so I had to choose the Port Moresby route).
Next step, you will retake what you have lost. Send your force from the US mainland to recapture Havana with nuke. Then work your way down to Mexico City, the small island outside West Mexico and Bogota. If you're lucky and Brazil has not set up its defense, work your way down with motorised infantry and Ion Cannon. However, if Brazil has set up a formidable defense with bunkers, cannons and mass infantry deep in the Amazon waiting to gun you down, then you will need to build a small task force at Havana or Bogota and set course to Dakar. There is a 2nd level airport at Dakar, just mass up your resource and bomb + paradrop the crap out of Fortaleza. Fortaleza also has a second level airport, so do the same thing for Rio and the small town in the Amazon to kill off Brazil. When you have force on Dakar, go for the small US towns in Africa, and if you're confident, you can mass up an infantry/armoured vehicle army to prepare for the invasion of Spain and Portugal.
Now back to the Asian front, China sure has done a good job with Americans and ROC, but they ain't interested in the British in Thailand, the Dutch in Guinea or, most importantly, the Australian. One thing they are good at though is distracting British missile from Singapore into Hanoi and Chongking. Australia isn't interested in using missiles too, so you can be sure that your landing force into Australia will have much less chance of getting blown to Kingdom Come. Start off with building a decent landing fleet from Hawaii, send a nuke to Port Moresby from Midway, then landing onto it. Port Moresby has a 2nd level airport, so use it to bomb + paradrop Darwin. Unlike 1939 and 1943, Brisbane is well within missile range from Midway and there is no Blamey to save its sorry arse, so conquering it and Australia in general is not hard. From Darwin, you can use nuke and work your way up Singapore, Bangkok and eventually Yangon.
By this time, North and South America, Asia, Africa and Oceania are under Castro's good hands. Now comes the harder part of your job: invade Britain. You would have to mass up a large invasion force with aircraft carrier, some submarines and have all of your generals ready at the northern tip of Canada. During your preparation, use your Ion Cannon on key French and British generals at Europe to reduce pressure for the Soviet Union, whose probably is having some big trouble at Denmark and the Denmark-Norway sea gate with the British fleet and artillery. When you are ready, send off all of your invasion all at once and set for Dublin. However, your general should be the last to leave, preferably when your first troop has arrived on Ireland (well unless you're sure that your general brought a mobile nuclear shelter bunker, which he won't). Prepare to receive hails after hails of missiles and airstrikes. Keep your eye out for Spanish invaders, they won't hesitate to send massive force to block you off in the sea, on Ireland or even backdoor you at the US West Coast. When you have Dublin, either use Ion Cannon on London or prepare lots of bomb at 2nd level airport at Dublin. Within London in your hand, the dominoes will just keep falling until you win. Build lots of nuke, and use them on all of Europe cities along with paradrop. However, prioritise your launch for Paris, Lyon, Madrid and Bruxelles, since they have nuke facilities, missile silo and 3rd level airport. If you have reserved invasion force prepared in North Africa, send them to Spain to speed up the mopping up process. There is also a very good chance that France already has occupied Poland (although it is unlikely that they took Minsk and other Soviet cities), so prepare plenty of nukes and do the same process until they all fall and you win the conquest. Just keep your cities occupied so the enemy can't paraspam and take the cities back
With correct timing, resource managing and a bit of luck, you can win this conquest well below 65 turns.
It is recommended that you have a general with high mobility when making your way from Havana/Bogota to Dakar to evade the Spanish fleet, Brazilian coast patrols and occasional American landing forces.
