Ignoring literature (China wins that race), what country is the easiest to complete fast in Gunpowder age?

I prefer China because it is surrounded by a lot small country. I think defeating small country is the key for quick counquest. By my experience, number of country that being defeated is more important than number of city you have. The more country you defeat, the easier enemy surrender when you atk their capital. So my strategy using China in gunpowder conquest, I only divide my general into 2 team (Team 1 and Team 2)to assure their safety in autobattle. And dont split these 2 team into different direction (east and west), they should close by each other so they can cooperate when atk big country.

I think Russia is an easy conquest. China is Colossus on clay feet. Denemark falls after one decisive battle. It is possible to destroy with ease german states...
But China has literature, as you said...

But China has literature, as you said... When I want literature, I'd rather play a lower-age conquest (looks at Discovery-age India). Russia seems interesting, too (China, Denmark, Germany, and maybe Canada waiting to die)

35 turns (so I remember). Nobunaga and Saladin in one-general teams, and Caesar&Bismarck team for capitals...

Jean-Luc Picard, Yes , I believe I finish it in 40-45 turn. I can finish it faster but I choose to play safe. You should defeat korea and japan first. After that, attack that India, Thailand-like(I forget its country name), arab and ottoman. Then you can atk on those big country (german, france, etc). Once you defeat all the little country I mention, the big country will only move it capital once or twice at maximum if you atk its capital

Jean-Luc Picard, For grinding literature, India in discovery age is the best. In about 2,5 hours, I can get 75 literature (with autobattle).

Personalty I think there is a difference between the quickest and easiest conquest
A quick country like UK would be my vote for quickest conquest since it has land around the world.
A easy country would have a lot of easy to conquer countries around it and have a low number of spots where the enemy can attack, large number of cities for income. For easy country I go with Russia
