The Elvish Vale looks like this.
The Austrians in the south, the Swedes in the north, and the elves in the east, across the river.
Turn 1:
Elves are annoying to kill in forests (60-70% defence means 40-30 hit rate for us), so we'll be relying on cannon and anything with marksmen skill (namely Swedish shooters, Swedish cannon, and infantry officers). Although medics have precision, they're still weak and need to be protec
Tilly recruits an organ gun, a Hussar (to get a dragoon early), a medic, a inf officer, and a grenzer, and takes the S orc village.
The grenzer is intelligent (less exp is needed for levelling, thus a priority in feeding exp), and the medic is as well, but no one cares about the medic.
Baner recuits three shooters, two of which are intelligent and the third one is called S for some reason.
He also recruits a cannon and a reiter (because they are one of the best cavs and worth levelling)
Turn 2:
There are four area to cross the river here; a ford near the wide northern patch of water, another to the south of the sandbank, a third being the bridge, and the fourth being a small ford near the southern edge.
The Austrians secure the Bridge and Southern ford, and the Swedes the Northern ford, with the reiter and S the shooter heading to aid the Austrians. (Note: I forgot the middle ford this turn
)
Bruno the hussar also sees the elvish leader, an Elvish Captain.
Turn 3:
Bruno is savagely attacked by a elvish scout!
We move him back to heal with our medic, and we send our Organ Gun to soften the scout to feed some exp to another unit.
(The chances look great.)
Unfourtunately, said organ gun was a bit too lucky and killed the enemy. Oh well, there's still more chances to level in this scenario.
Our brave Inf officer Samuel heads towards an elvish village, and the rest of the army move across the river.
Back on the Swedish side, the Swedish army starts to move across the river as well, spotting an elvish fighter, which
surely won't do much harm.
Baner finally notices the middle ford and starts moving to protect it, while the reiter and S the shooter (not in screenshot) finally arrives at the bridge.
(TBC after I edit and screenshot some stuff)
