No. Success in mission depends on your gens (whether they have appropriate skills/abilities needed for particular mission). If you have 20% or less, it's impossible to succeed. If more, than keep trying.

No they are not related to campaigns moreover they are not according to their difficulty levels in beginning you may find difficult ones. But later you may find easy ones. However it is not necessary to complete them. My advice is to focus on them at end game. |
